At Lynette B Yoga, our mission is to extend the benefits of yoga and mindfulness far beyond the classes.
Giving you the techniques and skills to weave them into your everyday life to foster a mindful life.

At Lynette B Yoga, our classes focus on connection with the body, breath and mind. Each practice provides an opportunity to learn, grow and reconnect in a peaceful and supportive environment.
Our Hatha Yoga classes practice yoga at a slower pace, focusing on the breath, and mindful movements.
Targeting all areas of the body to provide strength, flexibility and balance.
Classes finish smoothly with a guided relaxation meditation which allows the body and mind to absorb the benefits of the physical practice.
Classes are suitable for all levels from beginners through to experienced practitioners.
Coming in February 2026, is a new yoga class to get outside and immerse ourselves in nature. Combining the benefits of standing yoga poses and walking, this class is practiced early in the day and is suitable for most people.
